Working at home ribs

Fantastic day for smoking some BBQ! My lovely bride bought me Tuffy Stone's book "Cool Smoke" the other day so the two slabs of spares closest to the fire will be pretty close to his recipe for "Spareribs with Mustard Sauce". I love a good mustard sauce on pork shoulder but this will first time I can remember using it on ribs.

Oh yeah, I can't recommend Nashville's Bearded Iris Homestyle Double IPA's enough. I just don't recommend more than one of these tall boys on an empty stomach.

Well, I kind of figured the mustard sauced ribs wouldn't win any contests but they tasted a lot better than they looked.
