Sold/Expired Winchester model 70 'Westerner' .30-06

This one's tough to part with, but I've got it's replacement inbound

Early '80s model, push feed, GORGEOUS walnut stock. 24" sporter barrel in deep, gloss blue, with iron sights.

There's a little bluing loss on the bolt knob, but other than that it's in flawless condition.

The Westerner model differs from other models in that it has a blind, internal mag with no bottom metal. It makes for a slightly lighter rifle.

Shoots into the same hole with 150gn federal. Scope is a Vortex Crossfire 2, 3-9x40 & is optional.

I'm asking what I have in it....$500 for the bare rifle or $630 with the scope

I handled this rifle while hunting with Rob, it's in excellent condition and will make a 30/06 or Winchester fan very happy!

I love this rifle. Would love to have it. If our house was done and I knew what kind of extra money we had, she'd be sitting next to my remington 700 30/06.
