No problem.
2 cups of Dry Navy Beans
3-4 Smoked Ham Hocks
1 Medium Onion diced
4-5 Celery Stalks chopped
Bay Leaves (1)
Garlic 2 cloves
Basil 1/2 TS
Majoram 1/2 TS
Thyme 1/2 TS
After soaking beans overnight place ham hocks and beans in a large crock pot. Cook on high 4 hours. Remove ham hocks and dice the ham and return to crock pot. Add celery, onions and spices and cook about 2 hours.
Bake some Buttermilk Cornbread and your ready to eat.
