I made this for supper last night and thought I’d share it here. I ran across the recipe probably 10 years ago and I make it pretty regular in the cold months. Calling it chili is a bit of a stretch…more like an Italian chicken and bean soup…but it’s good eating nonetheless. I use diced chicken breast instead of ground and baby spinach instead of chard. I’ve also used diced wild turkey breast and it works fine but a little tougher than chicken.
