Opening day last season, I killed a gobbler about 8:30 am. I sweated getting him out and had to lose layers. When I got home, I moved a table under a shade tree to keep from getting hot while I cleaned my bird.

First, it was hot. Second, there was shade. You won't have either tomorrow.

I know what you mean, but I'll take this slow approaching spring tenfold over the earliest spring in a century we had last year. Best of luck to you this weekend, I am sure you will still do fine with the turkeys. :)
