West Tn frost

Forecast is calling for anywhere from 32-34 in the morning and then about the same for Thursday morning. Figures, have 30 tomato and pepper plants in the ground. Rain overnight into a frost in the morning.

Considering running the sprinkler over them when I get up.

Frost missed me, I'm at exit 15 on I-40.

Wednesday and Thursday recorded the lowest temp EVER (in Shelby County) for those two days.

We have clematis in bloom and they never missed a beat.

Think I saved our plants. Turned on the sprinkler yesterday morning at 2:30 am, let it run 30 minutes cut it off 30 minutes on and off until sun was up good. Did the same this morning but did not get up until 4:30. Was a pretty good frost on my windshield this morning. No frost on the plant leaves.

I'm still growing mine in dixie cups. Put some big black trach bags over all of them and weighted them down.
