Biggest impact I believe is in the number of deer making it from 1.5 to 2.5yo.
The effects may be subtle. Most people weren't killing 3 bucks anyways, but it "seems" like I talk to more people passing very young bucks.
Would we be able to notice a 10% increase in bucks? I'm not sure.
