took a shot at a turkey, hit right a rock at it's feet. it jumped up 8ft, flapped it's wings a couple of times and walked off, laughing at me.

The shot was from a ground blind, that arrow skipped 40 steps passed where the turkey was standing. I didnt see the arrow skip and had thought the arrow was still in the bird, just a dead bird walking. after searching the edge of the woods for awhile, i went back to the field to start over looking for missing sign and looked down the field. if it wasnt for the white arrow wrap, I may still be looking.

nothing to be sorry about. it was a clean miss so no injuried turkey running around. Screw off that BH and put another on and continue hunting. stuff like this happens, not need to get upset.
