Weatherman sure didn't predict a WHITE NEW YEARS!

In Greene county we got up to about 13 degrees and about an inch or two of snow! Contrary to the "partly cloudy" forecast, Sunday afternoon around 2 o'clock we started getting light sleet which around dark turned into a pretty good snowfall lasting till about 9pm. Having watched the weatherman I think I can pretty safely say only the eastern mountain counties saw this snowfall. Too cold for me to get out and do much of anything!

We got a very light dusting here in Murfreesboro.

Got the call from work to come come plow/salt about 430 yesterday evening. Got home a little after 5 this morning. Sure didn't see that coming in the forecast.

No snow here on Old Hickory lake but the wind blowing the fog off the lake this morning froze on the boat docks and the trees and grass around the lake making for a pretty view as the sun was rising.
Not pretty enough though for me to step outside in this cold and take a photo. lol
