Waterfowl hunting in Missouri?

Ok the way I read the internet as a non resident I will need the following to waterfowl hunt in Missouri.

Non resident small game hunting permit ($11.00 for daily or $80.00 for annual)
Migratory bird permit ($6.00)
Federal duck stamp (already have)

Am I missing anything?
I did read something about a light goose permit that goes from sometime in Feb. till in April.
I don't care anything about that part.

That's should be it. I use to lease a pit over there a few years ago. I believe if you buy your license on opening day or after it is valid for the following duck season, if I remember correctly. Might be worth checkin into
