Walmart Winchester Super X ammo sale

I was in a couple of Walmarts in the tri-cities yesterday picking up some stuff for work and swung through sporting good area. Seems they have rolled back their prices on the Winchester Super X Power Point ammo in the last couple of days. I bought 3 boxes 308 150gr that have been marked down for 17.94 to 13.47. had 30-30, 270, 308 & 30-06 on roll back for the 13.47 price. Not shot a lot of it, but couldn't pass up this deal. Worse case, use it as plinking ammo for that price.

Thanks, Shooter! Those are good bullets and a steal at that price. They are the same price here in Texas so it looks like it may be a true roll back.

Strange, maybe every walmart is different? I went in another walmart across town this AM from the one I got the deal on, they still have all their Win Super X for 17.94. Had a lot of handgun ammo on roll back though.

I've been killing deer with that ammo for 35years. Very good stuff imo. tight groups and the bullet has never failed me.

Funny I checked with my local store and asked clerk about it, he said no that's over with. I thought a roll back was a new price not a temporary sale?
