wading in Coffee County

I have this idea to wade or float from the Old Stone Fort golf course to Powers Bridge Road. I know there will be snakes and some shallow water to carry canoe across but there has to be some good fishing in there. I'm just worried about any waterfalls that might sneak up on me. I can't find a map that is really detailed. Any info would be appreciated

Don't have to worry about waterfalls. Wait till the water is at full pool in Normandy and you should be able to do it in a canoe.

I do a lot of wading from powers bridge up and downstream. There are still shallow spots I have never been from the River Bluff subdivision upstream toward the golf course.
