Veggies in the ground

Might be a little early but I went ahead and put some beans and some lettuce in the ground.

My wife caught the Spring bug Friday and put in a LOT more...Okra, Squash, various peppers, and tomatoes. Its a raised bed that gets morning sun so hopefully we will be OK.
 
I like the idea of running string up to the fence. That might be a common thing, but I've never seen it personally. The beans/peas I planted are close to the fence, so I might just have to give that a shot. I bought a large tomato cage to use for them, but that looks even better.

Yikes! My counterparts on the Day shift just lowered the low temperature to 36 Tuesday morning.

I cleaned out the greenhouse and took it apart. If we have a frost, I'm a coming looking for you :mad: :D
