TWRA App Check-In Problem??

Tried to check-in a deer for my son today using the TWRA app for Android, I used it several times last year with no problems. It seems they've added a place where you're required to enter the birthday (I think it used to only require the TWRA number?) anyway,the birthday wheel is very hard to use because it's almost too "low" on the screen, see the screenshot in the pic below. Even if I manage to get the birthday entered then there's no "next" or "complete" or anything to push after I put the birthday in?? In other words, I can't get to the next screen....anybody else having this problem? I had to go online from my home computer to check the deer in which kind of defeats the purpose of the app...

When I tried it on my Iphone, there wasn't a problem. I hit set after entering the date. But, that button isn't visible on your phone.

My checkin hung up at mobile carrier. I'll let them know of the issues in the am.
