Trotlines and limb lines

Does anyone run trotlines and limb lines in the fall and winter?

I have just started last year, I know up north the catfish/bull heads were much better in colder weather.

Don't know why it wouldn't work, baits & location may change from spring and summer time?

bullheads are my favorite eating catfish, we call them butter cats where I'm from in south GA
I am gonna try it out this year. I haven't done it since I was a kid

Nothing beats a good bullhead fry but just like crawdads a lot of work for the little meat.
