Re: Trophy rock PRICES

TR may be the best but I don't want to spend that money so I use loose mineral salt and it works great.

Same here catman. Not bashing the trophy rock but the label says ingredient : 96% salt.To high for me when a mineral block at co op is $7

There you have it, simple fact is its just salt!! Loose Trace Mineral Salt will get as good or better results for a fraction of the cost!

Seen pretty good results here with trophy rocks. Usually pick them up at coop, last time I think they were around $12 for the bigger sized rocks.

Deer cain works ok too, gotta love the wally world clearance deals post season.

If you look under the Qdma symbol it shows ingredient.

lol my point....if i owned private land id use a sheep block between march and mid july.....it supplies all the minerals that promote doe lactation and antler growth.....it is high in crude protein, phosphorus, calcium, etc. etc. and only 12% salt....i have to use cow block on public land because of the salt % regulation that TN has....
