What can I use?
My son just lost 18 chicken last night and all they did was kill and leave the body. What I read is it most likely a weasel or mink.
Is this a good trap? Duke No. 110 Body Trap

If you have water nearby, could be mink. Check on youtube to get a better idea how and where to set traps. Make some tube traps or weasel boxes. Bait with fresh chicken. Although it may seem obvious to put traps right where chickens were killed, id say to put some further away along potential travel routes. Their guard will be down more away from the kill zone. Good luck, and sorry to hear of the troubles.

I used foot hold traps and laid down a carpet of traps around the only possible entrance after shutting the hens up in the coop. Limit the hens freedom to an area you can control and block all entrances except one hole the hens cannot fit thru. Set traps so that if he gets by going in he wont get by coming out. They are somewhat smart but their greed will get them every time.
