Caught them this morning. Crappie fillets along with some curlie Q's and onion fried together and a little shwimp gumbo I had left over from the other night. Small salad on the side and big glass of sweet tea. Very good.

Not so good. I dipped three fillets in a homemade con queso sauce and shook them in the meal and fried them. Big surprise. Just terrible.

But I have about four fillets left over for a samich in about four hours, then bed. What I call a good day seein as how I also got the fron yahd mowered. I also have about 12-bags of fillets in that freezer thing. Thrity-five more and I am set until next year.
