Guess I will be changing locations again or moving in sand next year. Most too big and ugly. Can't seem to find the right place to get the decent size bakers. I did't get to dig them as early as I would have liked since about 7 inches of rain and being out of state a lot this month. Still edible though. Lol

Those are from 36 or 42 plants , don't remeber which. Probably another 1/3 bushel in the ground if I get them plowed out. Used a shovel to dig these. We are still eating on last years crop. They store well.

I planted a little late. Haven't checked mine yet. I expect the drought and affected crops some.

I would love to be able to grow them like that! In my soil all I get is ladyfingers and banana bunches
