This opening day Alabama two year old couldn't tote a YEKRUT special mouth call and a load of nitros. Heard 6-8, called two away from the flock finally at 8:30. Time to get some sleep now and get ready for tomorrow.

Those are the cool solid black wing feathers. I Killed one in TN three years ago that had one solid black one. Lost the pictures with my phone though.

Don't be specific, but what area were you hunting YEKRUT? I grew up hunting Alabama turkeys.

30 miles or so from Auburn. Pretty place, never hunted this side of the state u.til today.

I hunt alot in Chambers and Randolph county, not too far from my Auburn Tigers. Daddy down there now, and I will be a week from today.
