Supper last night

Samosa's and Naan came from a local joint, but Rice, Sang Paneer and Chicken Tikki Masala were made at home. Was perfect on a cold night. Just the right amount of spice.

I spent a lot of time working in India years ago. That supper reminds me of some good memories. For those that don't know, the Indian culture primarily eats with their hand and is a very special time to visit. They use the Naan bread and scoop up the rice and chicken. If you've never had this I'd highly recommend you try it at least once.
