Summit Rapid Climb Stirrups?

I assumed more of you guys used stabilizing straps. I wouldn't even consider climbing without them anymore.

I might put the stirrups back on since they weigh next to nothing and maybe I can climb a little quieter on trees with rough bark. Still, I've dropped the platform once and it's nothing to pull it back up with the straps. Thanks for the replies.

I haven't tried them yet but was sold by the youtube video, really like how they double into straps to pack in/out

Looks like the straps would help a lot, just don't like the idea have having 2 more buckles to clank around.

That's kinda where I'm at. Mine's loud enough.

I hear ya. The only time they can though, is when putting the stand on the tree.

Just temporarily clip the jaws of the strap buckles to the arm rest pads when you start to put the stand on the tree. No problem.
