Pressure relief valve for an onboard fuel cell/gas tank? If you don't have onboard tanks I have no clue. I actually have no clue period just throwing poo at the wall and seeing what sticks.

Probably if you have batteries or something that needs to be vented up front. Probably completely wrong but sounds good to me so I'm sticking with it

No idea. Fuel tank vents are normally on the tank and not piped up above the deck. At least they were in all of my boats. I'm curious what you find out.
