I saw one chasing 2 weeks ago and watched some fight last weekend. They are still at it!

I pulled my cameras. No use running them when most of the bucks had already dropped antlers by the first week of January.
Thought ours would have as well. Only one pic so far of one that has shed one side.
Great pic, thanks for sharing. My cameras are still showing some bucks following does here in SW TN and some guys have killed really good bucks last few days (Unit CWD). I typically see bucks on camera holding antlers until Mar/Apr timeframe in SW TN.
That's normal for us too. With no acorns & plots eaten down to dirt 6 weeks ago, figured they'd shed early.

Same here. Earliest I've ever seen a buck drop antlers locally was late February. The drought has our deer in the worst shape I've ever seen.

I found a fresh matching set last Sunday
Had pictures of him on the 8th with a bigger bodied deer that had already dropped both sides.
Definitely early
I do find fresh sheds in January while rabbit hunt occasionally but usually don't start looking for sheds until mid to late February. Like some I have them that drop early and some that wait until March
