He wrote for either Guns&Ammo or Shooting Times magazine, I can't remember which, but I will miss his articles, he was a good read, and his rifle knowledge was immense.

He should have never been "visiting" a married woman. The married woman should not have "entertained" another man and the husband should have handled it in a not so lethal way or took the coward way out especially with having a child.

I reckon you can take the quotation marks out of the comment. They were at here mama's house, and had a work friendship, sitting at the kitchen table.

Come on now nimrod. It was 10:30 at night and they were drinking wine. Doubt it was just a business meeting. Tragic no matter the circumstances.

It certainly doesn't sound like a "business" type meeting to me,but I wasn't there or know all of the facts. It could have very well been nothing more then that, like others have said it is a tragedy none the less for both families.

Yep. Gotta leave the married ones alone. Ive never seen an affair happen that didnt destroy somebody, even if it was years later.
The reasons it happens are many, but the cost is always too high.

Surmise what you will. I'm just not that eager to throw a dude I don't know under the bus for dying in circumstances I don't know at the hand of a dude wack enough to murder someone. Certainly not for the conversational purposes of bolstering my post count.

There are a lot of questions I have.

#1- was 'mama' at home? Why meet at mommas? Seems like a low-rent rendezvous to me.
#2- seems funny that a husband randomly shows up to beat/kill wife. Did she tell him she had a biz meeting at 10pm? Doesn't sound like it.

he shoulda been carrying. I have not read all the posts but surely someone said that or will.

He wrote for several of gun mags in addition to hosting the show. Apparently that was nto all the hosting going on. Sad deal for all concerned.
