That is a beautiful rifle! I love the Marlin 17's. Both my heavy barrel stainless and blued sporter barrel Marlin 17's shoot great.

I have a couple 10-22's that match that laminated / stainless perfectly !!!

at one time I wanted one of those stainless laminated target 10/22s bad, and should've bought it while you could find them online for about 350... then they went to almost 6 and I just couldn't do it. ended up "building" one. the 77/17 i finally rounded up after looking for years for another... bought one when I was 19, traded it, then realized I shouldn't have.
