Souse meat sandwich

Coming in the house after a night in the garage of straightening up and watching the CWS. Fixing to make a souse meat sandwich. I've got some Purnells spicy souse. Just wandering how yall like yours? I'm going with white bread, souse, Duke's mayonnaise, pepper, and Justin Wilson's Cajun seasoning.

I like my souse on crackers with cheese and hot sauce. +1 on the Purnell's, good stuff!

Small grocery store here sells Ziegler brand. I like on a saltine with a little hot sauce.

On a cracker or on Wonder bread. Sometime's mustard. Usually nothing added.

Me and a old buddy from up north had a souse sandwich each after a long night of over indulging . He ate about half of his and then stuck the rest in the microwave not knowing any better. So long sandwich ! He was in the kitchen hollering "where's my dang sammich, where's my dang sammich"? I prefer it on a cracker with Texas Pete .

I prefer my souse eaten in the dark, so I can't see it looking back at me.

On a saltine cracker with mustard and horseradish and cheese. Heavy salt.
