UT won the head to head.

UT has a loss to the clear #1 team on the road.

UT Beat LSU on the road by 30 a team Bama lost to.

LSU just got beat down by a 4 win A&M team and will get beat down by UGA.

Because the committee knows which team is actually more talented. Ask and you shall receive.
Alabama beats Tennessee 9 times out of 10 on a neutral field. Tennessee doesn't have depth.
