The Notice of Intents are supposed to be back to them Aug 9 according to their site. So if the post about mid August is true I'd say the TWRA has screwed up…..again.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit, maybe I'll get picked for one of those fancy Taj Mahal Twra blinds at some point and actually kill limit after limit day in and day out.
