Man last Sat. I put 10 ears of cob corn on the grill with some apple wood and hickory smoke - let them go for about 2 or 3 hours - dang good corn - flavorful and crispy goodness -

That is all - drive through

What kind did you grill? I love some good sweet corn, grilled in the shuck. It is one of God's great gifts to mankind. Just don't eat too much :)

DO NOT DEFILE GRILLED SWEET CORN BY ADDING BUTTER.

I love grilled corn.

Get the silk off, soak the ears in water for a few hours, then toss on the grill till the husks are dry. Peel, dip in melted butter and season liberally with Lowery's. I can eat that till I get sick.

We do ours in the microwave. We have a farmer friend that plants about 10 acres of Illinois sweet corn. It maybe the best we have ever had.

If you have some early season corn thats not as sweet as the later stuff, soak it in a bit of sugar water before grilling it. It sweetens it right up, you'll never notice the difference except the shallow kernals.
