Some call him a penciled royal palm. Either way, he's safe with me. Always wanted turkeys in my flock, finally got a couple. The chickens will have to tolerate them. Not sure what breed the hen is, but she's pretty.

Your hen is a narragansette. I have Narragansettes and regal reds that I raise for food for my extended family. We deep fry, grill, smoke or grind about 25 to 30 a year. The royal palm tom with the narry hen might produce some nice grays. To learn more about heritage turkey colors and breeds visit Porters Heritage turkeys on the web. If you need help just ask.

Neither are purebred, but that doesn't matter. You will enjoy them more than your chickens. Be careful with the jake as he matures. If he gets fiesty, he will go for your eyes if you pick him up.
