Shot my 53 rem 721 for the first time

Had some old factory hornaday ammo I got from @Gravey And took "mom" out to do a shooting

After hillbilly bore sighting first shot was low
Made an elevation adjustment and fired 3 more rounds
Not to shabby for a 69 year old rifle with an 8 lb trigger
I didn't even clean her

She does kick pretty hard lol

I have a 721 in .30-06 that was my Dad's favorite and killed my first few deer with it. It needs to go to the range also..
