I'm sure a bunch of deer in TN have started to shed too. Stress to the deer can cause early shedding... I hear of it every year toward the end of the season. Someone shoots a "doe" that is a shed buck or they shoot a buck and the antlers fall off when the deer crashes.
Most won't shed till March or early April though... I won't be shed hunting for a while yet
