Yes it's true. He literally came down to address the press over the Nashville shooting, but started out making stupid jokes and talking about his favorite ice cream flavor and only came down because he heard they were giving away ice cream. The saddest part of all was that instead of sitting in shocked and stunned silence in horror over what he was saying, he minions in the press laughed uproariously at his asinine comments. "We love our Dear Leader! He's so funny. Besides, who wants to talk about kids getting gunned down by an angry trans nutjob."
