Seed cleaner I built

Vacuum powered.

Cause 75 pounds of popcorn is a lot of cleaning.
I grow 2/10's of an acre of popcorn each year by organic standards, My wife and I hand pick and shuck every ear. after a drying period we shell it, upgraded to a hand crank sheller this year. Then it has to be cleaned. In the past we used to pour it from one box to another in front of a fan repeatedly. now we just feed it thru this twice.

It works but i need to reduce the air intake size (where the seed falls out) to hopefully increase wind speed at the seperator just a little.

That is pretty cool. Done popcorn in the garden here a few times. Always dried it out on a frame with window screen. Did kind of like you but on a smaller scale with moving from one large bowl to another to sift out everything.
