Anyone run these tires? Monday I'm looking at some 27's for a Brute Force. Reviews are good but most are from hunters. Wondering how they perform on tough trails? I've passed the days of hitting the thickest mud but still like to get a little dirty and climb.

Looks like they would be a good tire, probably better in dirt and mud than rocks. I like the built in rim guards, where the wheels set inside the tire more so it protects the wheel from rock rash. Being a heavy ply tire the ride isn't going to be as good as stock tires but they won't puncture as easy on the other hand. I have had alot of different tires over the years and like the Maxxis Bighorns better than any other tire I have had.
