Ive only been 11 or12 times ever but I have called in two yotes, killed one and missed the other one.I only have a old Johnny Stewart call e-caller that I bought 30 years ago.Im getting more serious now about predator hunting.I have bought a moving decoy and bought a Harris Bipod 13.5 to 27 inch Model 25C,is this a pretty good bipod?

I had a set of the Harris but wasn't tall enough for me. Worked if I was watching downhill but if it was level or uphill I had to double over too far. I just carry a set of shooting sticks

Or I use this. The tripod is adjustable from sitting to standing but I don't take it when I've gotta walk a good piece, too heavy.

I prefer shooting sticks over a bipod. When the unexpected happens and they come from a direction you weren't expecting, it's much easier to just drop the sticks and swing the rifle into whatever position that may be. With the bipod, you gotta pick the whole thing up and it can cumbersome to move the rifle quickly.
