Every year my income tax money goes toward my toys and this year I have picked out a RRA .308 but I have never ordered a gun whats the best way to do so or local dealers in the Memphis area. All of my guns so far have just been bought off the shelf but I kinda got my mind set on this one particular rifle.

All you have to do is find an FFL that will accept transfers in your area. Most places charge a $20 to $75 fee to accept the transfer. Once you order the gun, send them your FFL's Fax number and they will handle the rest.
