rhino chokes

has any one tried the rhino chokes with a 1187 3.5 with mag blends

I have never used one, but my best turkey hunting bud does and he loves it. He has used it for 10+ years with Nitro shells and has never had a reason to change. I have never heard anything but good stuff about Rhino chokes. With that said, I did notice Rhino came out with a more economical "thunderbolt" version this year for $49 instead of the typical $98 "Grand Slam" model.

Good chokes but overpriced IMO when you can get an equally good sumtoy, Indian creek, kicks, or pure gold substantially cheaper

Has one in my sbe when I had it and it shot real good. Have one on the way for my 935. Gonna pair it up with nitros and see how it does.

I have a pair of rhinos and a pair of kicks so can vouch for both (though only the kicks out of an 1187). Both are darn good chokes that get the job done but the rhino is a bit more expensive and often has a wait time if you have to get it made vs kicks that can be in your mailbox in 3 days.
