The guys didn't have any customers and that's why he was closing.
Believe it or not but some people just do not want to see reality, they do not see anything wrong with what THEY do. Hello, he had a problem and was LOSING HIS BUSINESS. Sorry but people that refuse to see the real facts have no business being in business. I will say this, $16 was too high for that area so it had to be allowed for that when setting prices, $12 would have covered it but at $6.95 he was really losing money.
