Don't own one, but since you asked and nobody has responded, I checked several websites on this gun, and none specifically make the point one way or another re: the adjustability of this trigger. Although, one Guns and Ammo article mentioned that it was factory set at between 3.5 and 5 lbs. Another, mentioned that Remington frowns on lay people adjusting any of their triggers from a liability standpoint. Why don't you check out all of the sources on the web in the name of Remington 710? Maybe you can find some other sources that would firm up the answer to your question, although my perception is that it is not adjustable, at least not conveniently by you or me.
