as hard as registering a boat with hid numbers. not very hard.
when you take bill of sale to county and get your form check pre1972 box and send it in or use app. twra will issue a hid for the boat.

This. I just did mine yesterday and they are reviewing. You will have to pay the county clerk tax on the sale if you bought it. I did up a bill of sale and took it to clerks office, paid the tax and got the certificate from them. Uploaded that on twra app. We will see I guess.
