It looks like if I'm gonna do the stickbow thing I'm gonna have to go to my 52" recurve so I can shoot it from a tree stand. The bow shoots near perfect arrow flight ,I'm using 100 grn 2 blade stingers and total arrow weight is about 400 grn. Any thoughts on the setup? A bad shoulder prevents me from using heavier poundage. I've shot 2 this year with my compound set at 42 lbs,500 grn arrow and same broadhead and have shot completely thru both and neither went over 50 yds. Am I asking for trouble???
