Remove seeds cut into slices and put into deer poppers...wrap piece of jap and cream cheese with thin strip of deer meat and then wrap bacon cross ways around that so the cheese can't melt out the sides. Grill however you like the steak to be done. Hard to beat

cut in half leaving the cap remover seeds and membrane. Stuff halves with cream cheese, cheedar, precooked diced up bacon or sausage(or both) onion, little gralic pwdr and black pepper. dip in egg roll in flour, dip in egg again roll in bread crumbs or smashed up tater chips..bake in over on 350 until pepper is tender and cheese melted

you can leave a few seeds in each half also for more heat.

slice longways in 6 slices throw in fry daddy with sliced onions. drain on paper towel and season with seasoned salt. we get them at local Mexican restaurant. they call them chili tori onyos. sure the spelling is wrong. very good with cheese dip n chips
