Rand Paul is leading a Filibuster to bring attention to the fact that president Obumba has granted himself the power to ignore the Constitution and blatantly go against the law and order lethal drone strikes against AMERICAN citizens here on US Soil WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW.

Obumbla has sent out a memo that states he can order the killing of US citizens anywhere in the world if HE deems them a threat. That's right. If this stands YOU have No right to due process. No charges filed. No right to face your accuser, no right to legal defense, no right to a trial by jury. He can decide you are a "threat" (whatever that means to him) and have you killed.

Way to go Rand Paul and the other Senators who are standing against this Tyranny.

Don't know if its accurate or not but I just read he's in his 10th hour.

God bless him and his effort...SOMEBODY in DC still has a brain and a conscience.

Alexander and Corker are probably at home, in bed.

Actually, Corker and 11 other RHINo's were out having dinner with...wait for it... Obama! At the cost of $1,700.00 per plate. Supposedly, Obama picked up the tab for everyone.

The other 11;
Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina
Senator Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire
Senator John McCain of Arizona
Senator Dan Coats of Indiana
Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma
Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina
Senator Mike Johanns of Nebraska
Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania
Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin
Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota
Senator Saxby Chambliss of Georgia

So he did all that, they ignored him and it is business as usual, correct?

"Not all Republicans were so enthusiastic about Paul's performance. Sen. Lindsey Graham, RS.C., said the prospect of drones being used to kill people in the United States was "ridiculous" and called the debate "paranoia between libertarians and the hard left that is unjustified."

Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, echoed Graham. "He said it is unconstitutional for the U.S. military or intelligence agencies to conduct lethal counterterrorism operations in the United States against U.S. citizens. Suggesting they can or might, Rogers said, "provokes needless fear and detracts attention from the real threats facing the country."

I find it ironic that a liberal Like Graham would speak AGAINST asking for a clear statement from the president stating

YES it IS illegal and unconstitutional for the president to order a lethal action against an American citizen on American soil who is not an immediate threat or engaged in an active violent attack.

Remember this is the president who said we should handle our wars as a police action and not a military one. Now he wants the "flexibility" to KILL Americans without ANY due process of law, NO oversight, and NO repercussions.

Way to go RAND!
Lindsay Graham is a clown.

So I guess my question is who and how would he be stopped from doing it?
Seems like he has had free reign so far.
