Excellent condition. I bought it new and used it for less than a year till our dog passed away.
Includes everything that came with it new. The collar has been trimmed to 20" diameter max. It can be adjusted down to 6" diameter. It has two batteries, but I'm not sure if they have any juice left.
Will also include a PetSafe surge protector.
