UPDATE, the good Lord is always right!! The Dr is pretty sure it's not cancerous!!! He said these tumors are almost always benign!! He said the teratoma is made from teeth nails and bones and been there since before I was born. It's as big as my heart and pressing against the heart. It needs to come out so big surgery coming up next week. Thank you everyone for your prayers I will need more in the coming weeks!!!

Wow, that's crazy. Seems you had a twin in the womb. You were a fighter back then and a fighter now. Praying.

Ok , not about a pending thoracotomy to get it out or the recovery but the low percentage that it is cancerous, that it doesn’t involve your lungs etc.

Having had both a thoracotomy and sternum split open, I hope they can get where they need to with the most minimally invasive procedure. Really is amazing what surgeons can do now.

Awesome news! Yep teratomas are crazy in that way…studied them but haven’t seen one. Very low percentage if any of cancerous which is the best news of this whole thing. Thoracotomy isn’t great but the surgeons do many of them and are very skilled. Prayers my man…if you were over here at Jackson Madison Co General I would swing by and say hey.

Thankful on this day you got some quick answers for your belly pain and although it wasn’t gallstones it is something that showed up on a miracle machine , a CT SCANNER. Grateful too you got worked in to see a CT surgeon so quickly and can get this fixed. Prayers for you and your family for peace today.
