I am handicapped and have to use my ranger to get to shooting houses and ground blinds. Any suggestions on how I can reduce the engine noise on my ranger to make it a little more stealthy?

thanks

There are some exhaust systems out there but they are costly and only minimally reduce exhaust note. I installed a Super Trapp tip on my RZR and it made a huge difference. They make them with 1.5", 1.75", and 2" inlets. One should be close to your exhaust tip diameter.

Have you looked into any of the electric machines? Idk how far you ride, but they would be nearly silent compared to the gas burning Polaris rigs.

If you're handy you can make an auxiliary muffler. I made one for my Rhino with a short muffler for a small farm tractor. If I remember correctly it was for an old Farmall tractor. It mounted across the back of the frame and used a 90 degree downspout. It took mine from driving you crazy with noise to a level where it was difficult for people to hear it until you were almost on top of them.
