Pin oak lake?

Fished browns before, didn't go by pin oak. is there a ramp capable of handling 20 ft bass boat, and is there a trailer parking area if we decide to spend the night?

There are two different ramps the one off McCall Rd has a big parking lot an you can easily launch a 20 ft boat. There is a big tournament going on this Saturday, just FYI

Sorry I just saw where you were talking about parking a trailer to spend the night. There should be room at the lodge if you are staying there or in one of the cabins

One ramp at the lodge, a little difficult at times, but bigger ramp on other end of lake, just a bit steep is all, but wide open

Myself and cdtac1 have caught some good fish out of Pin Oak on jigs and crankbaits, such as the bandit 200 and 300's. I enjoy fishing that lake.

Hey David,
My brother lives 1/4 mile from lower ramp on Pin Oak lake. If you need to leave trailer parked for the night, you can leave it at his house.

Well I'm finally gonna make it up this week. Got a cabin on cub lake, the villas were full. Me and fishing buddy gonna try and wear them out on maples and browns! Gonna ditch the triton and just take the big 4 hp and trolling motor and rent a John boat. Weather is not looking good though for sure..... Hopefully it changes or ill be fishing in the rain
