There's a guy at work who is also on my Facebook page. He tournament fishes and is a good guy but he is one of those bass lovers. He commented on a mutual friends post in which he had kept a bass or two to eat. Bass lover did his rant. I replied and told him that I normally release the bass I catch but every time somebody gets after another angler for keeping legal fish to eat...I will catch and eat 5 bass for myself and tag him in the post of them on the filet table. He thought I was just kidding until the next trip I did exactly that. When he saw the post he replied and ranted about that and I respond "you just condemned 5 more to die". I think he got my point after that.

At 15-20+ dollars a pound for fish now thanks to the Democrats who voted this nightmare into office I went from catch and release to hook and cook them.

Used to work with one of those die hard bass fishermen that thought everything had be released. One place I go to catch perch, he would always ask me if I caught any bass? I always told him I caught several and chunked the perch eating fish onto the bank! It's a wonder it never came to blows he'd get so bent out of shape! Of course, I never actually did but I wouldn't tell him any different!
